In today’s climate, taking proactive steps to build a more positive and healthy workplace is vital. Turnpenney Milne LLP provides training to allow employees to better understand their obligations around creating and fostering a working environment free of discrimination and all forms of harassment.

While we are able to present on a variety of employment law related topics, we are frequently asked to engage in Respect in the Workplace Training. Topics include the law on harassment, discrimination and bullying, understanding the obligations of managers/supervisors, and how to engage in both informal and formal resolutions. In addition, we utilize our training sessions to examine practical ways in which employers can create more respectful workplaces and in so doing gain better understanding of the role of all stakeholders in fostering healthier, inclusive workplaces.
