Lindy Herrington is a dynamic and conscientious practitioner with a passion for effective advocacy. As an associate lawyer at Turnpenney Milne, she practices in the areas of employment law and workplace investigations on behalf of employers and employees.
Prior to joining Turnpenney Milne, Lindy worked at a boutique litigation firm representing plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of proceedings. She maintained full-carriage of matters, successfully advocating for her clients before the court, in mediations, and in settlement negotiations.
Lindy graduated from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2015. During her time at Dalhousie, Lindy served as Vice President Communications of the Law Students’ Society, Co-Chair of the Social Committee, and volunteered as a Peer Educator. Lindy was Called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
In her free time, Lindy enjoys sailing, travelling, and spending time with her spirited dog.
