Tierney Read Grieve is the firm’s Managing Director.
In her role, Tierney is responsible for the firm’s overall operations, working alongside lawyers and staff to support strategic growth initiatives and professional development, and enhance operational efficiency.
Tierney was formerly the Director, Professional Resources at a leading Labour & Employment law firm boutique, where she was responsible for the firm’s law student and associate programs, including all aspects of recruitment, professional development, mentoring and performance management.
Prior to assuming this role, Tierney was a Knowledge Management lawyer, organizing and distributing legal expertise within the firm, and generating practical knowledge products and resources for the firm’s clients.
In her client practice, Tierney advised public and private sector employers in all areas of labour and employment, and appeared before Ontario courts and various administrative boards, tribunals and mediators.
