At the end of some investigations it is often helpful to conduct a brief training session reminding affected employees of what constitutes proper conduct in the workplace. We provide that training directly as part of our services or we can work with employer’s legal counsel or Human Resources department to advise what helpful and appropriate remediation in each situation.
Some employers find it helpful to retain us to conduct that one-on-one or small group training which typically includes sensitivity training and human rights training.
