Carly is a Part-Time Faculty Member for the June 2021 Institute – faculty members are “recognized experts in their field” and have completed the Institute Training (she completed in Santa Barbara 2019), and holds the designation of Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).
The programs’ purpose is to teach the core knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform impartial workplace investigations. The scope for this program is the specific set of core knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform impartial workplace investigations. These form the basis for the modules in the curriculum and its learning outcomes.
Core knowledge: bias, planning, law, evidence, credibility, ethics and post-investigation processes.
Core skills: interviewing, analysis and report writing skills.
